Welcome to Oreon. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oreon website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Oreon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

When connecting a third-party social media account, you authorise Oreon to perform the actions you request through the Services and according to the publishing preferences you configure.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use Oreon. If you are using Oreon on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

3. Our Services

Oreon is an AI-powered platform designed to help users create, manage, schedule, publish, and automate social media content.

Some features may require connecting third-party social media accounts. By connecting your accounts, you authorise Oreon to perform the actions you request through the Services.

Features, functionality, and availability may change as we continue to improve the platform.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos, images, audio, text, and other content you upload to Oreon.

By uploading content, you grant Oreon a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, analyse, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You confirm that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload your content.
Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Your content complies with all applicable laws.

You remain solely responsible for all content you upload and publish.

5. AI-Generated Content

Oreon may generate clips, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, posts, and other content using artificial intelligence.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing any content before publishing or distributing it.

6. Oreon Autopilot

When you enable Oreon Autopilot, you authorise Oreon to automatically process, schedule, and publish content according to the publishing preferences and schedule you configure. You may modify, pause, or disable Autopilot at any time. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected social media accounts and for ensuring that your content and publishing activity comply with the policies of the relevant social media platforms.

7. Subscription Plans & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made.

8. Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@oreon.ai.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be granted at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Oreon for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful software.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Services.
Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract Oreon’s software or technology.
Use Oreon to violate the terms of any social media platform or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Oreon, including its software, branding, designs, logos, interfaces, and technology, is owned by Oreon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Services.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oreon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

The Services will always be available.
The Services will be error-free.
AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable for every purpose.
Content published using Oreon will achieve any particular performance, engagement, or business results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oreon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Oreon during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oreon, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.
Your uploaded or published content.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a manner that could harm Oreon, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using Oreon at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oreon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
